Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with AdPa Ventures.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after submitting the order.

We accept your offer within two (2) days by:

  • sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email, or

  • processing the payment transaction through our service provider or the selected payment service provider.

The time at which the payment transaction is carried out depends on the selected payment method (see section “Payment”).

The relevant alternative for you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.

3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and these Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery Options

We deliver the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to parcel stations (Packstation).

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices stated at the time of ordering apply. These are total prices and include statutory value-added tax (VAT), where applicable.

5.2 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit Card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed.

PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers additional payment methods in their customer account based on its own criteria. However, we have no influence over the offering of such methods; any additional payment methods individually offered affect your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

6.1 Liability for Defects

The statutory liability for defects shall apply.

6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.

7. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
